Garrison Enterprise, Inc. began operations in early 1960, its founding principals Elbert Basolis Sr. & Robert Tobolski Sr. created the company that now has four generations of wastewater treatment and utility installation experience. The company is owned and operated by their sons Elbert Basolis, Bob Tobolski and Tom Tobolski with over 100 years of experience in the industry between them. Garrison Enterprise believes that the ultimate goal of each construction project is for that project to be mutually beneficial to all parties involved. We rely on several management and field personnel attributes to meet our responsibilities on a project.
