The Embajadores Comunitarios Foundation (known in Spanish as FEC) was founded in 2008, as an initiative of young university students from Venezuela targeted for teenagers that live in impoverished communities in the country. FEC is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), which aims to generate empowerment and develop leadership skills in talented young people in a condition of social exclusion, in order for them to bring about positive changes in their environment.
