The Campbells originally started Campbell Pumping - Johnny On the Spot in December of 1986 and continued until the main office in St Louis sold to another company and the owner Kathy Campbell announced her retirement after 20 years of service to southeast Missouri. Her son, Joshua, bought the franchise from Superior Services of St Louis and changed the name to Fresh and Clean Restrooms. Fresh and Clean bought All About Potties in 2006 and in 2010 bought All Star Septic Tank a company who services, installs and manufactures concrete septic tanks. In 2014 Fresh and Clean bought out All Type Portable Toilet Company of Festus Missouri.
