Tony & Ana Stafford brought their dream of opening a New England Style Fish Shack to Virginia in 2010 after zoning laws prohibited them from opening in Cambridge, MD. A former Managing Partner at Bonefish Grill in Centreville and, before that, the executive chef at Arties in Fairfax, Tony knew the area, its people, and great food. They opened their first Fords Fish Shack location in Ashburn in 2010, and have since opened locations in South Riding and Lansdowne, in addition to our growing catering business, Fords Wicked Catering! Our mission is to bring fresh-off-the-hook seafood to our guests, with exemplary service.
