Field Law Group was formed in 2005 when Gary L. Field, Gary A. Gensch, Jr. and Hai Jiang left Loomis, Ewert, Parsley, Davis & Gotting, P.C. to start their own practice. With Norman C. Witte, Joy L. Witte, and Matthew G. Davis providing significant assistance on an OfCounsel basis, the Firm has thrived. Leah J. Brooks came on board in October of 2009. Together, these attorneys have decades of utility law practice before administrative tribunals, state and federal courts.
