Equality in Tourism is non-profit working to make the tourism industry more just, sustainable and equitable. We advocate for the transformation of gender relations in destinations and tourism organisations. We have created a global network dedicated to ensuring that women have an equal voice in the industry, and share the benefits of tourism worldwide. We use this network of experts to provide gender specialist advice, capacity building and innovation, promoting a human rights approach to tourism business and development.
