Energy Conservation Solutions (ECS) has been in business since 2009 and is located in Kirkwood close to downtown Atlanta. ECS is focused on increasing energy efficiency in homes and small commercial buildings. David Pocklington is the project manager and he is certified to perform energy audits through the Georgia Power Home Performance with Energy Star program as well as being a licensed HERS rater (Home Energy Rating System). David has 15yrs experience in the construction industry has skills in all aspects of building and energy conservation.
