EmployAbility

EmployAbility is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization (formerly known as Coastal Center for Developmental Services) whose mission is to empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We believe everyone counts. We envision a community where people with disabilities are more broadly valued, hired by employers, receiving support, and participating in ordinary activities. Through Supported Employment Services, The Academy (pre-vocational training), and the Community Access program, EmployAbility provides support to 400 people with disabilities and their families throughout Chatham, Effingham, Liberty, and Bryan Counties.
