ELSA Georgia

The European Law Students Association (ELSA) is the worlds largest, independent, non-political and non-profit making law students association, which is represented in 42 countries of Europe and consists of more than 30 000 members. On November 27th, 2008 Georgia became part of ELSA in Nuremberg, Germany during the 54th International Council Meeting where ELSA Georgia was unanimously supported by the members of association and granted observer status, which is first stage of membership. On October 28th in Sinaia, Romania during 56th International Council Meeting, ELSA Georgia was unanimously accepted as a full member of the Association. While Georgias integration in European and International community is such an actual issue for the country, Georgian law students are already worthy part of European law society.
