Elrod Pope Law Firm was founded in 1980 by Luther C. Luke Elrod. In 1989, Rock Hill native Jack Leader brought a wealth of civil experience, as well as the courtroom skills he honed as an Assistant Solicitor in the 16th Judicial Circuit, to the practice. With the addition of Jack, the firm began to also focus on Medical Malpractice and Social Security Disability cases. The firm continued its steady growth when David Benson joined the firm in 1990. Also a former 16th Circuit Assistant Solicitor, David has used his experience to fight for injured workers in the Workers Compensation arena. Harold Staley joined The Elrod Law Firm in 2002. Harold is experienced in both Personal Injury and Workers Compensation litigation and is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina.
