Elevate Mentoring

Elevate is a pioneering, free mentoring programme that has been designed with a specific goal in mind to inspire, inform and empower people within the event industry. Together were changing lives, careers, and the events industry for the better. Our mission is simple: Elevate provides opportunities for everyone across the events industry to further their career through free mentoring, personal development and training. We believe that by building the skills and capabilities of the talent in our industry at every level and creating a strong community we elevate the industry as a whole. In 2023 our focus will be social mobility to make a positive social impact on the lives of young people aged between 16-25. We will be seeking to nurture under represented talent and encouraging young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds to consider a career in events.
