EDgear of America, Inc is a Louisiana-based, family owned organization founded over 40 years ago with prior experiences in education and technology, hence the name EDgear. Today, it is still owned and operated by the same family with over 40 dedicated team members. Our team is composed of former educators and technology staff who are driven to serve Louisiana educators, students and their families while keeping all applications on the latest platform. Our focus is on creating a true modern one-source Student Information System for Louisiana. EDgear began in one district, based on the need for discipline records, and grew into a fully featured Student Information System.
