Dwell Communities is a property management group based in Atlanta, GA and founded in 2012 that aims to provide access to quality, affordable housing within metropolitan Atlanta, GA & Houston, TX. We currently manage 7 multifamily properties ranging from 40 to 304 units with a total of 1,027 units in our portfolio. Our mission is to transform the way people live by building healthy, thriving communities, both tangibly & intangibly. We accomplish this mission through our 4 pillars: 1.
