DAFCO stands for Dutch Allergy Friendly Concepts. We set up business in 2008. However, we are part of a group of companies that have been engaged in manufacturing gluten-free products since 1702 (!), although they were not aware of that 300 years ago. DAFCO has specialised in gluten-free solutions for food concepts in particular, and health food products in general. As a company we supply both ingredients and ready-made gluten-free products to our customers. However, our strength and focus are on the packaging or re-packaging of gluten-free (bulk) products in gluten-free consumer packaging. In our capacity as co-packer we do this for third parties, under a private label and using totally gluten-free packaging lines. We permanently monitor and control our processes to avoid cross-contamination while achieving the highest level certification in the food industry including, among others, BRC+ (higher level).
