D-1 Fitness runs seasonal clinics in track and field to educate middle and high school athletes in the fundamental best practices of a track and field athlete. We cover workout routines, event-specific approaches, and event-specific technique needed to excel well into your college athletic career. All athletes are trained by current and former D-1 athletes who compete at the national and professional level.
