Connak Foundation

CONNAK foundation started in 2012 but became registered as an organization in 2015 with the mission to redirect and groom the youths in our local community who were about to be overtaken by social vices like drugs, rape and Cultism. The youth is said to be the future of any community and nation at large. True as this is, any society that does not make conscious and intentional effort to groom, motivate and properly direct its youths will possibly lose the contributions of this generation while raising the likelihood of social misfits. A general Survey shows that about 70% of the youths and women in our rural communities are from indigent families. Their Fathers are either farmers or does menial jobs with more children that they are not able to cater for while their mothers are basically house wives with no source of income other than doing house chores.
