The Conflict and Environment Observatory (CEOBS) is a UK charity that works with international organisations, civil society, academia and communities to: monitor, collect and publicise data on the environmental and derived humanitarian consequences of armed conflicts and military activities; develop tools and undertaking capacity building activities to enable relevant stakeholders to undertake such monitoring and data collection; and monitor and scrutinise developments in law and policy that could contribute towards the reduction of humanitarian and environmental harm.
