Commando is an innovative concept in the fitness / wellness industry. For us, the physical and mental health of our community is our main focus. We wake up day by day with the mission of creating experiences to develop, nurture and train the body and mind of our fitfam. Commando is a training concept with 6 studios, 14 training rooms in Mexico and a digital platform called Commando on Demand; an online training platform that proposes to revolutionize the fitness industry completely. It offers a wide variety of training programs, new classes every day both on demand and live and +8 training concepts such as yoga, running, strength, HIIT, flow, among others.
