Colorado Academy of Family Physicians

The Colorado Academy of Family Physicians is the only organization dedicated solely to family physicians in the state of Colorado. Our academy was founded in 1948 and currently represents over 2,700 practicing and retired family physicians, family medicine residents, and medical students. We support Colorados family physicians and patients by providing state-level advocacy, offering affordable and relevant education through our Annual Summit and other events, and championing health of the public initiatives that help all Coloradans live healthier lives.
