Coastal Edge Surf-n-Skate Shop

Coastal Edge was born out of a love for the Surf and Skate community and a college project. Our founder, D. Nachnani loved visiting Hawaii during his spring breaks with his family. He was inspired by the Ohana family culture of Hawaii and decided to bring a little of that back to Virginia Beach. After deciding that the medical industry was not his passion, D started Coastal Edge in 1990. We have grown from 1 location at the oceanfront to 6 locations in Virginia. The Ohana spirit is an integral part of Coastal Edge, and we believe that everyone (staff and customers) is part of the Coastal Edge family. We have a deep-rooted love for our community, and we strive to give back to it every day.
