The City Mental Health Alliance Hong Kong is a collaborative venture founded by city businesses. Championed by senior leaders, the Alliance is business led and expert guided and aims to create a culture of good mental health for workers in the city of Hong Kong, share best practice and increase mental health understanding. Everyone has mental health in the same way as everyone has physical health. We believe businesses can take a leading role as influencers to help to drive the strategy on mental health for businesses and the broader HK community. Our vision is to help workers at all levels talk about mental health without fear of stigma. We wish for mental health to be recognised as a boardroom issue and considered essential to maximise business performance, critical to managing business risk and vital to safeguarding organisations people responsibilities.
