Cincinnati Cadillac was founded in 1953 as Thomson Brothers Cadillac by Dabney and Lewis Thomson. In 1954, the facility that we currently occupy was completed and became the new home of Thomson Brothers Cadillac. In 1966, Charles MacConnell, the dealerships General Manager, purchased Lewis Thomsons share of the company and the dealership was renamed Thomson MacConnell Cadillac, Inc. Upon Dabney Thomsons death in 1970, Mr. MacConnell acquired the balance of stock of the dealership. During the 1970s Mr. MacConnells sons, Chris, Dan, and Tim all joined the company.
