CIFAL Philippines

The Centre International de Formation des Autorites et Leaders (CIFAL) Global Network is an international network of training centres coordinated by the United Nations Institute of Training and Research (UNITAR). UP CIFAL Philippines was established in March 2016 through a cooperation agreement between the University of the Philippines and UNITAR. The centre serves as a hub for training, advocacy, and research on the interwoven themes of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, migration, and gender equality. UP CIFAL Philippines offers an array of integrative, innovative, forward-looking, developmentally relevant capacity-building courses anchored upon the academic expertise of the University of the Philippines, the hands-on knowledge of practitioners on the ground, and the global experience of our partners from abroad.
