Chief Automotive Group, LLC was founded in 2019 with the acquisition of Cadillac of Jackson in Jackson, MS. In August 2020, Chief acquired Hallmark Hyundai in Hendersonville, TN and Coast Chevrolet in Pascagoula, MS. In March 2021, Chief acquired the Bay Automotive Group which consists of Bay CDJR, Bay Hyundai, Bay Lincoln and Bay Mitsubishi. In fall of 2021, Chief purchased Crown CDJRF also in Pascagoula. The most recent acquisitions include Hallmark Hyundai North and Hallmark Hyundai Flowood which are located in the Jackson, MS market. Mr. David Andrews serves as Chiefs Chairman. Mr. Andrews has over 50 years of experience in the automotive industry and owns and operates several different companies including City Enterprises, LLC which is the parent company to City Auto Sales, Pace Financial, City Auto Finance and Dealers Auto Auction.
