Charles + Stuart is an independent, integrated property agency that has operated since 1987. Established by brothers Andrew and Luke Veron (the Principals), our agencys name is derived from the brothers respective middle names Charles and Stuart. Our two Principals have very strong backgrounds across all facets of real estate and property from property management and sales, to project marketing/sales and encompassing residential, commercial, retail and industrial sectors. We are proud of our strong property management division, and our investment in systems, training and tools enables us to deliver premium services to our landlords and tenants. Its a major reason why we have generational clients. Another key focus is project sales/marketing.
