Changing the Chemistry (SCIO)

Changing the Chemistry (CtC) seeks to increase diversity of thought in the boardroom (diversity of thought encompasses identity, cognitive and experiential diversity). Evidence demonstrates that increasing board diversity improves the performance of organisations and can thereby also benefit the wider economy. CtC operates as a Scottish head-quartered charitable voluntary mutual peer-support network made up of a multi-talented group drawn from a wide variety of backgrounds seeking to improve board effectiveness. Our unique approach is that we share the responsibility to help each other, volunteering our time and skills in a peer-to-peer support network. We do not charge a membership fee but members are asked to contribute in kind.
