Our aim is to lead on scaled floating wind. We produce and deliver green energy direct to the industrial user for decarbonisation. Cerulean is a green infrastructure developer founded by Dan Jackson and Mark Dixon, who have together, over 25 years, led large scale offshore infrastructure developments. We have a market funded infrastructure construct to deliver integrated floating wind and hydrogen developments at scale. As a new type of energy company we are delivering on the challenges set by the floating wind environment. We are acquiring floating wind licences, which will allow us to rapidly decarbonise existing offshore assets, benefitting local communities, create thousands of clean energy jobs and provide a significant export supply.
