CENTURY 21 Elm was founded in 1978 in Park Ridge Illinois by two brothers, Stino and Vince Milito. It is a family-owned real estate business with its roots deep in the Chicagoland communities which it serves. Stino and Vince joined the CENTURY 21 System within a couple of months of opening their doors to give them access to: National Advertising, High Quality of Training Programs, and National Referral Network. Since its founding, with just a handful of agents, CENTURY 21 Elm has grown fast and dramatically. Within 2 years of its founding, CENTURY 21 Elm became the highest producing real estate office in Park Ridge Illinois ; then in 1984, CENTURY 21 Elm became the #1 CENTURY 21 System real estate office in the state of Illinois and has continued to maintain Superior Quality Service.
