Based on the premise that Healthy Babies Begin Before Birth, the Central Oklahoma Healthy Start Initiative (COHSI) creates a comprehensive, wrap-a-round network of educational, social, and medical referral services to mommies, daddies, and babies (from conception to the age of two).
