Central Mass Safety Auto School

Founded by Tim Cooney in 1987 with one car and two people, CMSC has grown to 33 cars and 10 veteran managers leading over 50 of New Englands best driving instructors. CMSC has trained generations of drivers including 75,000 students and adults--and has one of only two Skidz School Programs in the state. This means: Motorcycle, Fleet Training, Adaptive Driving and Evaluations and CMSCs signature Student Drivers Ed and Driving Instructor Manuals. CMSC Tractor Trailer coming soon! CMSC has risen to the Covid-19 challenge. Weve adapted all courses to include live online learning and have created CMSCs Team Prevent protocol, based on state and CDC guidelines. This has meant directly lobbying of and collaborating with our state senators, representatives, officials and the MassDOT/RMV. CMSC was one of the first driving schools in the state to create an intensive Covid-19 prevention protocol as well as online classes, final exams, and electronic signatures to greatly reduce health risk
