It started out as a conversation, where thoughts and considerations were tossed about what this thing, this idea really was. What did we want to portray? How can we utilize the space? Are we ready? With all these questions put into place, from it, stemmed Central, not only a Kitchen and Bar in Kelowna, but a lifestyle, where everyone fits in.
