Central Himalayan Rural Action group (CHIRAG) is a Non-Governmental organization, registered in 1986 by Mr. Kanai Lall. CHIRAG based in Nainital district, of Uttarakhand, seeking to facilitate an improvement in the quality of life and increased self-reliance of rural communities, especially women and poorer sections in the Himalayas.
