Central California Asthma Collaborative

The mission of the Central California Asthma Collaborative (CCAC) is to develop a network of stakeholders who work in a regional capacity to improve the health and quality of life for San Joaquin Valley residents affected by asthma and other respiratory conditions. Together we are working reduce the burden of asthma in the Central Valley. CCAC is also pursuing opportunities to increase Valley resources and establish long-term stability for the Collaborative and for individual county Asthma Coalitions by leading local fundraising efforts and pursuing regional grant funding. CCAC is working on the development and implementation of multi-component child asthma education and intervention programs, with an emphasis on developing partnerships with schools and parent organizations in underserved communities throughout the San Joaquin Valley.
