Canadian Armed Forces Reservists are valued members of the Defence Team and bring tremendous value to their civilian employers. At the Canadian Forces Liaison Council, we try to help meet the needs of a robust military as well as employers that support their Reservist employees, through programs and activities that foster good will between civilan employers of Reservists and the Canadian Armed Forces.
