Established in 1963 in Johannesburg, South Africa by Mr Waldemar Kauerauf. Through experience and knowledge gain in the Tool & Die Making industry in Germany, we have been able to design a business module that offers exception customer service and deliver quality products . We have 34 Plastic Injection Moulding Machines, ranging from 40 Ton up to 1350 Ton clamping force. With a variety of machines we can mould various parts up to 7.5kg. Our skilled staff has a vast knowledge of the specific applications for different materials and can advise on the unique qualities eg Density, Rigidity and Strength of a specific grade of material. Our production team is supported by an in-house tool room, that specializes in the design and building of Plastic Injection moulds.
