We start by using the finest ingredients like Callebaut Belgian chocolate, Nielsen-Massey vanilla, creamery butter and fresh produce. Then we hand-make our cupcakes...no assembly lines, no extended shelf-life. We do this because youve told us you also appreciate the difference. Donna, our founder, has been baking since childhood. A former latchkey kid with a sweet-tooth, she is self taught and created her first cake recipe, Joy Cake at 8 years of age. Over the years, she has shared her goodies with family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues in each the various places she has called home: California, New York, Mexico, Paris and currently London, where she and her family have lived for the past 8 years.
