BGR provides citizens, policymakers and the media with independent, nonpartisan research about government in the New Orleans metropolitan area. We are dedicated to informed public policy making and the effective use of public resources. BGRs reports identify opportunities and solutions on high-leverage issues, and our government monitoring spans Jefferson, Orleans and St. Tammany parishes.
