Building Information Innovator GmbH

BII GmbH is a startup from Wurzburg, Germany, founded in 2018 through a collaboration between Julius-Maximilians University of Wurzburg and Biberach University of Applied Sciences. We continue to recruit many of our talented team members from these universities. Since beginning development with just two students, we have grown to over 35 employees. We develop software based on gaming technology, with our main product, dProB, enabling users to simulate construction processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. In collaboration with Hochtief, we established TOUGH Training GmbH, which creates serious games centered on occupational safety. We have also developed various prototypes, including control center software, a lean planning tool, and an interface to inventory management systems, all part of our Construction Management vision.
