Building Bright Futures of Vermont

Building Bright Futures (BBF) is a nonprofit organization working to improve the wellbeing of young children and families in Vermont. Established by law through Act 104, we are Vermonts early childhood public-private partnership that works to monitor the states early care, health and educational systems. We advise the Administration and legislature on policy and systems improvements using a network of 12 regional coordinators and a State Advisory Council appointed by the governor.
