The firm was established in Fort Lauderdale in October, 1995. Prior to that time, Mr. Bromagen handled a variety of product liability and consumer warranty litigation at the prestigious Miami based law firm of Blackwell and Walker, with whom he commenced his career upon graduation from the University of Kentucky School of Law. Elected shareholder in December 1994, Mr. Bromagen represented and tried cases for a number of Fortune 500 clients. Currently, the firm has offices in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville and Tampa staffed by seven lawyers and a complement of paralegals, law clerks, and legal assistants. Our client list includes Ford Motor Company, Regal, Brandon Ford, Greenway Ford, Bentley Motors, Inc., Land Rover North America, Volkswagen of America and Mercedes Benz USA.
