Boutique Newcity Public Co., Ltd. was the first distributor of ready-made garments in Thailand. The company was established by Mrs. Sirina Chokwatana Pavarolarvidya, founder and Managing Director. Mrs. Sirina Chokwatana Pavarolarvidya adopted and introduced the English ready-made garments concept to the Thai market. She believed ready-made garments would play a vital role as an increased number of educated women continued to pursue professional careers. In the past, well-educated women tended to spend more time enhancing their beauty, with tailored made garments and socializing, rather than working as they do today
