Bright Lights USA Inc. DBA BLUSA Defense Manufacturing is a minority small business manufacturer of mechanical and electro-mechanical components for the defense industry. We are ITAR registered/EAR & DFARS compliant. Our facility has a complete machine shop with CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Wire EDM and 3D printing. In addition we have conventional milling, turning, drilling, honing and grinding (id,od,surface) equipment. Our organization also has the ability to perform sheet metal fabrication and welding (mig, tig and spot). For part marking we offer laser engraving and mechanical engraving. The electronic lab has the capability of molding various electrical devices, stuffing circuit boards via thru hole and surface mount, as well as, assembling cables and harnesses.
