Bluesat UNSW

Bluesat is one of UNSWs oldest project societies and has been the center of space engineering for students since 1997. We have designed and developed dozens of projects from start to finish, including (but not limited to) satellites, high-altitude weather balloons, rovers, drones, astronautical software packages and more. A significant majority of our events are open to all UNSW students. This includes workshops, social events (movies, games nights, outings), industry events, career opportunities and competitions. If you think the space industry is cool, we know we have something for you and are eager to meet you. If youre looking to get more involved, we run several cutting-edge projects and are looking for students with a wide variety of backgrounds.
