Blue Woods Management Group, Inc. was formed in 1995 with three buildings under management. Founded by President Donald Wilson, who started the firm after 14 years with another management company. Today Blue Woods manages over 50 residential properties, in total we are responsible for close to 4,000 co-op and condo units throughout Manhattan, Westchester and Rockland County. Virtually all new business has come from referrals from Board members, attorneys, accountants, and sales agents impressed with our knowledge and personal service. Blue Woods has created an impressive reputation in not only effectively handling day-to-day operations of its buildings, but has a vast level of experience overseeing multi-million dollar capital improvement projects, as well as the occasional crisis.
