Blue Sky Center is a rural, place-based nonprofit organization with the mission to strengthen our rural communities within the Cuyama Valley by supporting entrepreneurs and building our regional creative and economic resources. Blue Sky Center is located in New Cuyama, a mid-century company town founded by the Atlantic Rich eld Oil Company (ARCO). From an industrial headquarters to a community-based nonprofit, Blue Sky Center is home to 330 acres of land with 22,000 SF of industrial facilities.
