Big Chef Steakhouse is located in Rodney Bay Village, Saint Lucias tourism hub. Big Chef is within walking distance of many of the islands hotels, a short drive from the picturesque town of Gros Islet and the high-end enclave of Cap Estate. Big Chef Steakhouse is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Marc and Rosie Joinville. Chef Rosie was a top student at Londons Cordon Bleu Cooking School. She ran several restaurants on the island, including the legendary San Antoine, and taught Culinary Arts at Sir Arthur Lewis Community College. From the prestigious resort kitchens of Windjammer Landing to the pages of SHE Caribbean Magazine, Chef Rosie has proven she can do just about anything in the kitchen.
