Big Bloom

Big Bloom is a global initiative that aims to accelerate social innovations from impact organizations. Today, its over 200 accelerated social innovations in 15 different countries. How? Through hackathons and incubations for good. A hackathon for good is a collective intelligence seminar to address an associations strategic challenge. Following the Big Bloom method, participants, gathered in teams, are coached to propose a concrete project in a short time. Each solution is presented in front of a high-level jury, which determines the most innovative and suitable for the beneficiary organization. An incubation for good is the concretization of the winning project of the hackathon. In 6 workshops of 3 hours, 8 to 10 participants (employees of companies, associations or committed citizens) accompanied by a Big Bloom coach, develop a turnkey project for the association.
