Beyond the Pitch

Our project at Beyond the Pitch is simple - to provide a platform for all the important stories in womens football that dont get the coverage they deserve. We now have a team of over 20 diverse, talented journalists - some publishing an article for the first time, others vastly experienced. Everyone in our team has the same underlying passion for the purpose of this project. Our team is supportive; we work together, learn together and grow together. We cover every league and every level of womens football - from grassroots, to academies, to the top level and every single area in between. We wont only prioritise covering the top players, we will give everyone the coverage they deserve. By hiring journalists from all over the globe, we ensure we cover stories from every continent - helping reach areas of the world that the mainstream media has ignored for too long.
