Baltimores Promise

Baltimores Promise is a city-wide collaborative, composed of public, business, higher education, nonprofit, and philanthropic leaders, that serves as a catalyst for organizing efforts and resources around a shared community vision that all Baltimore City youth will travel a safe, healthy, and successful educational path from cradle to career. Dedicated to improving outcomes for Baltimore Citys youth, we coordinate strategy, identify quality programs, support alignment activities, establish shared measures for meaningful results, build public will, and advance policy on their behalf. We have five ambitious goals for the citys youth as they progress through life: - Babies are born healthy. - Children enter kindergarten ready to succeed in school. - Children and youth achieve at grade level in school. - Youth graduate high school prepared for the next step without remediation. - Youth earn a quality post-secondary credential or receive training and are career ready
