In 2012 Dr. Neuberger met the European manager of ARDELL the No. 1 faux lash brand. The encounter resulted in him taking over the brand distribution for Germany. Convinced by the brilliant concept of this quality product, Dr. Neuberger founded bacodi GmbH. In the beginning that meant working in two term shifts running serious business negotiations during the day while gluing customers lashes in the evenings.
